The choice of shooting in a photo studio with or without scenery is also an option.

The seasonality of the collections is also a criterion to take into account. So the fall/winter collections are shot in spring/summer and vice versa.
Finally, creating an original set in a studio using specialized decorators is always possible but sometimes much more expensive than shooting abroad!

Shooting outdoors is generally more exciting but also adventurous because it depends on the weather. It is then customary to anticipate a plan "B", for example by using the hotel where the entire team is staying.
For me, shooting outdoors is the opportunity to appropriate strong visual elements such as a characteristic city street, a unique landscape… This helps to create particularly original images.
